Turbo Debit Card is faster than a check by mail if you don’t have a bank account.

You can have your refund directly deposited into your bank account if you have one.

To log into your Turbo Debit Card account, visit the Turbo Debit Card Website and click “Log in” as shown below.

How to register your Turbo Debit card

  • Your birth date
  • You used the Zip Code to sign up for your card.

How to activate your Turbo Debit card

You will need to activate your Turbo Debit card once you have received it in the mail. This usually happens within 7-10 business days of your TurboTax representative requesting your card.

There are four methods to check the balance of your card account.

First, call the Customer Service number at 1-888-285-4169 to check the balance of your Turbo Debit card.
